By downloading or using ClipForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement between you and Forge & Foundry.
ClipForge Pro provides a commercial license for one user. You may not distribute, reverse engineer, or sell the software itself.
ClipForge provides an interface to Third-Party AI models (OpenAI) or local models (Ollama). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or bias of the AI outputs generated by these models.
You are solely responsible for the data you process through ClipForge. Do not use ClipForge for any illegal activities or to process data you do not have rights to.
Forge & Foundry is not liable for any data loss, system interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of ClipForge.
