At Forge & Foundry, we want you to be completely satisfied with ClipForge Pro. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

2. 14-Day Refund Period

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. No complex qualifiers or exceptions apply. If ClipForge doesn't fit your workflow, we will honor your request.

3. How to Request a Refund

As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, you can request a refund directly through Paddle's support or by contacting us at support@forgednfoundry.com with your order details.

4. Post-Refund Access

Once a refund is processed, your Pro license will be deactivated, and your app will revert to the "Free" tier features.
